The trolls are an angry bunch. Most of them hate the elves, but they also need to trade
with the elves since they are less than adept at being as silent and hunting as well as the
elves. The trolls fight amongst themselves constantly and seem disorganized, but they
are not.
Their leader, GrimTeeth, is the only troll able to unite them in a purpose, either to
wage war on the elves or on the humans of the forest. He realizes that waging war on the
elves may be a bad idea, since they do provide some nourishment for the trolls, bit his
sense of pride won’t let him agree to peace. Besides, he hates trolls anyway.
They live in dry caves that look as if they were rockshaped by early elves. There
are hearths and large throne rooms throughout the maze of tunnels and stairs inside the
caves. Occasionally one of those tunnels leads to an elves home, but they are quickly
sealed off.
The trolls vary in colors and shapes, and sizes. A troll can look like anything you
want it to look like.
