Just as his name implies, he is an animal with fire-red fur. But under his fierce exterior is an intelligance surpassing that of any human's. His sharp claws and fangs make him goof at close-range fighting, but other than that, nto much is known about him. It's not even certain that "Red XIII" is his real name. A real enigma.
Bad things about Red XIII
HE talks to seriously and can make you fall asleep in 10 seconds. How can his headdress be a weapon if he fights with his claws?? I mean you always get these funny named weapons for his headdress, barrettes, combs, pins, and so on. Makes him sound very girly huh? One more thing YOUR TAIL IN ON FIRE. PUT IT OUT, PUT IT OUT! AAAHHHH FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE!
Good things about Red XIII
He has cool war scares and Hojo's tatoo also looks pretty cool too. He is very smart, and since he talks it makes it a lot easier for the characters to understand him instead of him meowing or roaring to them that he wants to go potty. And I might as well give away his true name. It's Nanaki, which I think his grandfather gave him that name. His heart is as strong as his fathers, who you find out was stoned somewhere in the game. Very sensitive part. Plus if you wait til after the credits at the end of the game you will see that he still lived after 500 years, with two cute little cubs with him too...AAAWWWW.
