Ok so of course (as figured) this spot is dedicated to Belldandy. Belldandy is a first class goddess that was summoned by Morisato Keiichi when he dialed a wrong number and ended up reaching the Relief Goddess Office(RGO). She then goes to him, because her job as being a first class goddess is to fufill the wishes of those who are worthy of them, and said that she would give him one wish. He wishes to have a girl just like her. His wish is granted and instead of getting just any girl he got Belldandy herself! He was very happy and she stayed with him. As you watch the series or read the manga, you will notice that she has a diamond-shaped marking on her face. This marking signifies what her status is as a goddess. She is the goddess of the Present.
