Seou's ability is very... interesting. However, until Toturi's Army gains more range attackers, Toturi's Army Range Attack decks are still not really feasible. Although Seou's ability is more than range attacks. She can either remove small annoying personalities/followers or one large brute. Above this, she does not bow, so attaching non range attack followers onto her is safe. She is a nice addition to Toturi's Army, use her sparingly, you still need people like Hasame, Ginawa, the usual bunch in the deck.
