Can we say BOOM? This is approximately the same gold cost for bringing out a normal tactician. To look at it this way, by giving anyone this fan, we are attaching a 1 force tactician onto the personality, "upgrading" it and the ability for it to go BOOM once per game. However, I would chose a normal tactician over bringing out the Fan, spreading out your forces is wiser than building up a tank with a "shoot me" sign attached to it.
