Game Note:
Takuan Technique is a force booster that's so limiting for other clans it is a Toturi's Army only action. Unlike most other techniques this one is not free for its respective clan, although a free 3 force booster may be too powerful. One gold may not seem much, but sometimes when a small farms is not around, you might have to overpay for a Takuan Technique or you may find yourself out of gold when you most need those 3 force. Unlike all other force boosters, Takuan Technique has a high focus value. When used as a tactician bonus, it gives the same force boost as it will when used for its normal ability. Takuan Techniques can only target unaligned personalities, as Toturi's Army gain more out of clan allies you'll have less targets for the 3 force boost in a battle. One ironic situation that clearly illustrate this defect is the fact that Takuan cannot use his own technique!
Story Note:
Takuan was a great general during the Clan Wars as Toturi's lieutenant and remained capable even when seated on the Jade Throne during Toturi's absence. Takuan like most other great generals have a way with his men that bring the most out of then in battle, to drive every ounce of brute force and effort. He has passed on his techniques to fellow members of Toturi's Army, so they will have his experience and charisma in case of his absence.
