Reaction Elemental: Bow to produce any Elemental action described on any card in play. This effect may only be produced during the appropriate phase. He may only duplicate once any spell that must be discarded.

Game Note:
Naka Kuro's abilities are quite interesting, and can be useful sometimes. However, his gold cost is too much for his abilities. Unless you are playing a Toturi enlightenment deck, you don't need a gigantic shugenja with elemental manipulation abilities. For Palace of Otosan-Uchi users his honor requirement is a killer. If you seriously want to use Naka Kuro in a deck, I suggest using his experienced version. Although that version is out of clan, for the same cost and less honor requirement it is far more useful and effective.
Story Note:
Naka Kuro was a ronin shugenja during the clan wars. As the Grand Master of the Elements he help Toturi during his many battles. After their victory over Fu Leng Naka Kuro left Toturi to help rebuild his old clan, the Phoenix. He taught and trained the new generation of Phoenix shugenjas and future Elemental Masters.
