Game Note:
Morito Tokei is Toturi's Army's only non-unique shugenja. He is honor off the stronghold and useful if you want to use a spell or kiho. However, being a zero force personality in a clan mainly based on military, Tokei has been skipped over during the personality selection. IF Toturi's Army gets another shugenja Tokei may see more use.

Morito Tokei was once a Unicorn. He was soon disgusted by his clan and followed his brother's footsteps and became a ronin.
