Quotes:
"Mitsu leapt into the army of dead men, his arms and legs spinning and his fiery breath burning the dead skin from their bones." -Toturi
"Fall back, Naga, and all will be well. This is not your battle, nor will it ever be." -Mitsu

Game Note:
Togashi Mitsu used to be one of Toturi's Army's big guns. Although he has been replaced in many decks by recent recruits Mitsu can still provide a suicide punch when most needed. However if you pump him up completely he will stay bowed for five turns, even the most anilliated opponent will have time to recover in five turns. Rallying Cry can save Mitsu by keeping him unbowed. By depending on a fate card, Mitsu becomes unreliable and not worth it for many players. Mitsu exp can produce up to a range five attack with his fire tokens. This can be useful in killing all types of dudes. However 9 gold is too much for 2 force and a ranged five, DJH introduced a better range attacker, Yotsu Seou.

Story Note:
Togashi Mitsu assisted Toturi during countless battles, begining with the Battle of Beiden's Pass. After the Day of Thunder and the Acesntion of Hitomi as clan champion Mitsu and many other Dragons retired and joined the Brotherhood of Shinsei.
