Game Note:
Imperial Legion is a great follower to have in any military deck, even in some honor runners. Without being enhanced, the Imperial Legion can take out something more than twice its size. This is already a pretty good ability for 4 gold, 2F, and high focus. However to top that off, Palace of Otosan-Uchi users can bring Imperial Legions for only 2 gold, with the stronghold ability, they are free on everyone save Toku. It's honor requirement isn't too high, and everything from Toturi's Battle Standard to Yoritomo Kamoto to Toku exp 2. In some cases, bowing a personality or follower instead of killing him with range attacks can mean 2 more honor gained. The Imperial Legion's ability can be compared to a ranged 5 attack, although ranged attacks have certain advantages over bowing.
Story Note:
The Imperial magistrates under the Emerald Champion execute Emperor Toturi's every order. Recently, they have been ordered to repel the Naga from the revenged Dragon Lands.
