Game Note:
For Palace of Otosan-Uchi users, the Imperial Honor Guard is a wonderful follower, at 7 gold, it can deny your opponent from sending the Honor Guard's unit home. With 4 force, he also can make any unit capable of crushing a province. One problem is that the Honor Guard has a high honor requirement, meaning that it cannot attach to most small personalities Toturi's Army has to offer. Your best bet its attaching the Honor Guard to a tactician, which gives your tactician protection from most range attacks and makes up for your tactician's lack of printed force.
Story Note:
During the reign of the Hantei, many famous personalities occupied the position of Imperial Honor Guard, including Akodo Kage and Kakita Toshimoko. Now Toku and Toturi's old Army occupies this Toku, defending their Emperor with their lives and everything else they have.
