Game Note:
Hasame is a staple personalities for Toturi's Army. He is a solid 2 force for 3 gold, and able to join your army for food from a small farm. His restrictions are almost laughable, except for strange theme decks, you'll hardly find that restriction a road block. Unfortunately, he is the most overused and made his name outside of Toturi's Army where the personality deprived clans "borrow" him for their own military.

Hasame is one of the Imperial Guards in Otosan-Uchi.
