Game Note:
Dairya is Toturi's Army's only Cavalry Personality. However his gold cost is too high for his force, range attack, high honor, and even for his maneuverability.
Story Note:
Formally known as Isawa Dairya, a shugenja. He was forgotten and became a ronin samurai who worked as a mercenary. During the Scorpion Clan Coup he worked for Yoritomo training his inexperianced Army. Dairya joined Toturi during the Clan Wars and became one of Toturi's most trusted generals. After Emperor Toturi became missing, Dairya followed the Scorpions on their exile to the Burning Sands where he is know as Eye of Night.
