Game Note:
Basecamp is needed in most Toturi's Army military decks, it is very effective in bringing out followers and personalities. However, it is handicapped by not being able to pay much for other cards, mainly other basecamps.
Story Note:
The basic settlement and encampment for Toturi's Army since its formation before the battle of Beiden's Pass.
