Nightmare and No Future mode
When you go to your check out the encyclopedias, look for a forbidden book. It will ask you "Do you want to live in peace?" (normal mode, the easiet mode in the game). If you say no, it will ask you "Do you want to have a nightmare" (hard mode is just hard, some of the enemies are harder). If you say no on that, finally it will ask you "Do you want a Future?" (No Future mode is the hardest one in the game, all of the enemies are in level 99) if you picked .... then that's the end of the book..

Levels you should be in for each mode.
Normal Mode - levels 1-60 (Enemies 1- 50)
Nightmare Mode - levels 61-90 (Enemies 51 - 99)
No Future Mode - levels 91-99 (Enemies 99 all stats 99)

Mini Game (Land Booper)
For this code to work, your game has to have at least six lands placed down on your world map. When your in the World map, hold L1 for a few seconds and wait for a screen to pop up. To play the game you have to follow what the computer's doing. You'll know what to do after you play a few games.

Go with an adventure with your Friend
When you start a new game (You don't really have to) talk to Nouvelle. He'll say all these things, when a big talk screen pops out, pick battle, and pick on 2P adventure (something like that), after that cancel everything, and go to the place where you first see Elazul, go to the house all the way on your left and press the X button.

Chocobo as your first pet
If you have any Final Fantasy (FF5, FF6, FF7, FF8) data saved in your memory card, your first pet will be a Chocobo. If you don't you'll just have a common Rabite.

Shadow Zero Mini Game
You have complete the jewel hunter missions to able to play this mini game. On a Salamander day go to the Domina bar and Shadow Zero should be there, talk to him to activate the mini game. You get better prizes if you get a good score.

The Most Powerful Forging Item
To be able to get the best forging item, get a polter box in the junkyard and get 3 destiny dice from mad mallards. After you get these items and pet (or you already have one), take your pet with you and equip all 3 destiny dices and go to Leires Tower. When you enter Leires Tower go to the forth floor and you'll see 2 chess knights, keep fighting them till you get a item called Adamantite.
The Adamantite is the most powerful forging item in the game. Look below to see how powerful is the Adamantite.

If you want a good weapon, make a hammer out of Adamantite (163) and temper it with Giants Horn and Dragon Breath. Before you put in Giants Horn, put in some Elemental Gold Coins first.
