The Seiken Densetsu (Secret of Mana) series is back, folks. After about 5 years, it's coming back for every Secret of Mana fan to play. Seiken Densetsu: The Legend of Mana for the PlayStation was just announced at the Tokyo Game Show in Japan. The game is still in 2D, but players can play as a male or female character. It is a single player game, but the animation is smooth. The combat battle system is still the same - players fight in real-time battles. Some of the enemies from Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 like Rabite and Mushboom make their appearences in this game as part of the main characters (I don't know why). Also going back to the original weapon system from Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3, players can learn different techniques with them as they gain experience using them.

Well, the game has been good so far and the graphics has greatly improved. If you buy an import of Saga Frontier 2 from Japan, inside you'll get a demo CD of Seiken Densetsu: The Legend of Mana.
