Cernunnos, You who are all
All that is blessed, all that is pure
That which is wild in the heart of woman and of Earth
Buried deep behind the walls we build to hide it

Unbound by our laws, you are free
Your face upturned to Heaven,
Your bride awaits You there
You feel her kiss upon Your lips
The light of the Moon caresses You.

Sword in hand, You defeat all who would threaten
You offer Your protection to me
Almost nude, you glide through the trees, fleet-footed and strong-armed
The hunter and the hunted, You bless all You see and touch

Great God, I ask for Your love, Your protection
Surround me with Your beautiful purple light
Pure and true, I am surrounded by Your love, the breath of life
That which I have sought outside myself, You have offered to me always
