The DBZ RPG: As according to Dragma
Greetings; I am your host Dragma the Wanderer, Dragma for short and will be your guide to one of the funniest role playing games (RPG's) ever to be produced.
The Dragon Ball Z RPG, Produced by R. Talsorian Games, is a wonderful adaptation of the DBZ universe for role-playing in, but there are some areas that have problems and inconsistencies. I will attempt to, in my own style, put to rest some of these and give some ideas on how the items that are not being explained all that well can be implemented better (damn, I need to think of a better way to state that).

NEWS: 02/22/01 Greetings, I just happened to be a bit bored sitting at work, and desided to go and visit the old site, and then see if the folks at Talsorian Games have gotten any farther, well imagin my surprise to find that they accuall updated their news page, and I quote: 2/06/2001: Excerpts from the forthcoming book Dragon Ball Z: The Frieza Saga has been posted in the Articles section of the website! Well, It looks like the second book may be comeing in our life time, I will be keeping you loyal followers (I know you are out there, I see the counter moveing) posted on developments as they arise 10/5/00 I recieved an E-Mail from a fan of the site stateing that he had gotten some news from R. Talsorian Games:

Hiya,
The next book will be the Freiza Saga. It is finished and in the approval process. We hope to have it at the printers soon. As soon as it goes to the printers, we will put an expected release date up on the RTG website. The next book for the Android cycle is currently scheduled for spring/summer 2001.

So the book is still going through aproval, but hopefully will be done soon, and hopefully the Android saga book won't take as long as the Frieza one has.
6/19/00 I do apologise to everyone for the lack of updates, basically there have not been any. Also I am not playing the game anylonger (the campain fell through a while back). I will continue to keep the page going, and may even update it when the 2nd DBZ book comes out (May be they are working out the bugs) but untill then, thanks for helping to make this one of the best DBZ sites on the Web.
2/16/00 Well thanks to everyone visiting here I how have gotten a free domain redirection name, feel free to change your bookmarks to www.dragma.com, also it is with sad news that the campain that I was running has died a lonely and ignoble death, due to my inatention, and to the fact that I enjoy playing more then GM'ing. I will still be atempting to keep up with the system though.

Error section, the online RPG is dead for now due to a
lack of intrest by me, if someone else wishes to use the

new links, and once I figure out how I will be finishing

for details. 12/7/99: Oh, happy days. Big news on the RPG front, R. Talsorian Games has
finally updated their web site with info on some
upcomeing books, it looks like they are going to provide
suplements for each of the movies (ala Star Wars), and
the Frieza Saga. 12/4/99: Added a MS Word based charactor sheet.
Modified NiniteCyborging to have inate powers. Added some
new skills, and powers. 12/1/99: Added a link to an online seller of the book,
correct many spelling errors |
