The following are a list of friends or allies of one Misao Makimachi, and what their relationship is to her. Email me if there's someone else you think I should add here!

Oniwabanshuu : Misao's family. She's been with them ever since she was a little kid, and she's with them still! They live in the Aoiya, which is the Oniwabanshuu headquarters.
Okina : Misao's 'grandfather'. He was offered the title of Okashira of the Oniwabanshuu when Misao's father died, but he chose to pass it on to new blood instead (in this case, Aoshi). He's a true lecher; constantly hounding women in Kyoto to have tea or lunch with him, and female members of the Oniwabanshuu are not exempted from his 'attentions'. He also attended to Misao when she was growing up, so she bore the brunt of all his lecherous ways, often being called "My pretty darling Misao".

Okon, Omasu, Shiro and Kuro: the new Oniwabanshuu team members. They're average fighters, but their fighting skills still do need a lot of work to match up with the original Oniwabanshuu members. They're basically all one big happy family. Okon and Omasu also have big crushes on Hiko Seijurou.^^

Aoshi Shinomori : Misao's one and only.^^ I think I've already overstated their relationship; if you want more info on these two, go to my Aoshi-sama section.

The Kenshin - gumi : the group that started off the RK series in the first place....and one of the few friends Misao has outside of her Oniwabanshuu family.
Kenshin Himura : always the target of Misao's patented Kecho Kick. It was through Kenshin as his Hitokiri Battosai persona that Misao was able to get Aoshi back from the Jun Pon Gatana, so she owes him big time. This doesn't stop her from kicking him every once in awhile though.
Kamiya Kaoru : the Tokyo version of Misao Makimachi. It isn't a wonder that these two get along so well with each other.
Yahiko Myojin : he and Misao beat each other up all the time. Yahiko's basically annoyed because Misao can beat him in swordfighting, and Misao's annoyed because Yahiko's annoyed at her.^^ Much as each always constantly annoys the other, they're also regular partners-in-crime, working together especially during the Revenge arc series of the manga.
Sanosuke Sagara : One of the two people who constantly call her "Weasel girl", and therefore a favorite target for her kunai. They don't get in each other's nerves almost as much as Misao and Yahiko, but you'll still have to remove breakable stuff when they're in the same room.
Megumi Takani : They're not too familiar with each other, because Megumi stayed in Tokyo to tend house when the rest of the Kenshin-gumi leaves for Kyoto. They're not close friends, but they're close enough for Megumi to give Misao some guy tips and advice on developing the female body.^^

Onmitsu Oniwabanshuu : the original group, composed of Hyottoko, Beshimi, Hannya, and Shikijou, with Aoshi Shinomori as their leader. They were the group that left Misao Makimachi when they left Kyoto to bring honor to the group. (because Misao was too young, and the mission too dangerous^^) It was a good thing Misao didn't join them either; otherwise, she would have been killed along with the Oniwabanshuu save for Aoshi.
Hannya : Misao's teacher, and with the exception of Aoshi, the closest friend she has among the Oniwabanshuu. It was Hennya who taught Misao kenpou. He wears a mask on his face to hide his disfigurement.

Saitoh Hajime : the man responsible for giving Misao her Weasel Girl nickname. He's also responsible for officially naming Kaoru "Raccoon Girl" and Megumi "Fox Lady". Unfortunately, Saitoh's too bad-ass for Misao to risk chucking kunai at.
