Misao fights with a blend of the Oniwabanshuu fighting style and a little bit of her own original moves learned, and fights well. But of course; Misao was taught by both Aoshi Shinomori and Hannya.
kunai = Misao's chosen weapon. It looks like a sharp dagger with a short hilt and a long blade, and is used for throwing at opponents like darts. Misao usually keeps these kunai in a leather pouch she has.
speed = Misao is one of the fastest of the Oniwabanshuu, and can probably match Aoshi's speed.
ninjitsu = Misao is adept with the ways of the ninja. She can overhear conversations without being seen, break into houses to steal objects, learn to jump up and down rooftops and fall without getting hurt, and act as a scout.
Kenpo = a martial arts fighting style, somewhat like hapkido or taekwondo, often involving kicking. Misao can adapt this style with any weapon she holds, like a bokken (wooden sword).
Kecho Kick = Misao's trademark move, although this doesn't seem to be usually used in battle. This is Misao's favorite technique to use for those people who constantly tick her off or rub her the wrong way, such as Kenshin Himura. This involves her shouting 'Kecho Kick!', then jumping into the air and lashing out at the back of people's heads with her foot.
Kantatsu Tobikunai = a fighting move wherein Misao launches several kunai at her opponent all at the same time in the space of a few seconds. This is one of her most powerful attacks.
