Originally planned to be released in Wave 2, Toy Vault decided to switch him with Ugluk and release Eowyn and Lord of the Nazgul in wave 3.  Since then the Lord of the Nazgul proved ot be too costly to produce, a result of his complex sculpture and paint scheme.  Eowyn also needed ot be resculpted, making her delayed.

Toy Vault now plans to release the Lord of the Nazgul in a Deluxe Wave.  Currently it is not known wether another figure will be in this assortment, however it is possible for his mount, either the fell dragon or horse, could be put in this assortment.
