The second wave of Middle-earth Toys came after three months worth of delay.  Originally slated for release in December, the figures did not reach the shelves until late February (In some areas).  The cause for the most of these delays was that Frodo's head sculpt was changed, and had to be retooled.  Fans did not like the smirking expression on the Frodo figure when the Promo-Shots were first shown, with a little work, the face was changed (slightly) to try and get rid of the smirk.   However, due to time Frodo could not get a new head sculpted.  A nice touch which is found on the Frodo figures is the chest sculpt.  There are two versions of Frodo's chest.  The first, found in the Frodo in Lorien and Frodo the Hobbit figures, is a sculpt to represent the Mithril armor that Frodo wore.  The second sculpt is a bare-chest sculpt (found on the Barrow-Frodo and Frodo in Shire) shows Frodo's chest and the ring on a chain.

Frodo stands just over three inches tall and comes with a cloth shirt and cloth pants (All versions).  To the best f my knowledge no other toy company has produced a 3" figure with cloth clothes, and for Frodo's size, the clothes fit really well.  The Frodo figure has 12 points of artiuclation including:   head, shoulders (2; balljointed), elbows (2), wrists (2), waist, legs (2; ball-jointed), knees (2).

The Standard, Frodo in Lorien figure comes with a white shirt attached to a blue jacket with a silver cumberband-type thing.  Frodo's pants are also brown.  His accessories include Sting, scabbard, belt, walking stick, backpack, cloak, and a food pouch and phial sculpted on the belt.  Frodo in Lorien's cloak is green and has a leaf clasp.

The Diamond exclusive Frodo comes dressed in the princely white clothes that Frodo found himself in when he was captured by the Barrow-wights in the Barrow-Downs.  This version of Frodo comes with a white shirt, pants, and a white cloth belt, and a cape which is white on one side, and gold on the interior.  He also comes with a Barrow-sword.  This Frodo comes with the bare-chest sculpted.

Frodo in Shire is basically the same as the Lorien version, except the cloak is brown, has a circular clasp design, a black cumberband-type thing with the circular design, and this version does not come with Sting, and scabbard.   Unfortunately, the advertised new-sculpted belt (without the Phial and a different food pouch) was not produced.

Ugluk stands near 5inches tall, and is one heavily detailed orc.   Currently my favorite Middle-earth figure, Ugluk is one cool orc.  He has 9 points of articulation including:  head (limited, it can turn slightly, and tip side to side), shoulders (2; ball-jointed), elbows (2), wrists (2), waist (Limited due to armor sculpt), legs (Limited ball-joints).

Ugluk at War (Diamond) comes with a war-shield, helmet, sword, and dagger.  His armor is painted silver.  Ugluk on the Hunt (Standard), comes with a short-bow, three arrows, a quiver, and a medicine bottle, and his armor is also silver.   The Ugluk in his Cave comes with a special darker green skin tone, bronze colored armor, and the following accessories:  dagger, shield, chest, and three arrows.

Mass-Market Figures:

Part of a four figure wave released in Mass-Market toy stores (Currently only Toys-R-Us but soon Kay-Bee and Ames may be selling these toys):  Ugluk the Orc will be in bronze armor with the light green skin (Similar to the Ugluk on the Hunt) with a bronze helmat, sword, water bottle, and dagger.  Frodo the Hobbit will have new clothes, the same belt, a new blanket with tree design, backpack, walking stick, scabbasrd, and of course Sting.  Frodo will have the Mithril armor sculpt.

List of Accessories: (The numbers in accessories designates the number othe different version of each accessorie Ex. the balrog's sword came in two colors, gold and grey)
