Zirtran's Anchor (AJ#5 p.222): located in the phosphor belt nebula, the station is a free floating collection of freighters, barges, and other vessels connected via access ways and pressure tunnels.
Garos (AJ #1 p.89): Left alone by the Empire since quietly establishing a presence 12 years ago. It was only until recently that the presence has begun to grow- mainly concerned with the Hiberium mining operation located there.
Alderaan (New Hope): A large asteroid belt now.
Z'trop (MMY): A scenic and romantic tropical world noted for it's pleasant volcanic islands, wide beaches and clear waters.
Arkania (TOTJ #1): A tundra world where adventurers and profiteers could at one time pull diamonds the size of iridescent melons from the planet's core. Deep in the inhospitable wilderness, there was established a Jedi training center, run by Arca, a powerful master. Now however, the planet has been mined out, and now is widely forgotten aside from the scum and villainy that live there.
Courscant (HTTESB p.79): Extremely large portable prize for the near future.
Salliche (AJ#2 p.231) Agricultural world, home of Salliche Ag Corp, administers many agricultural worlds throughout the core. Since it is so important to the Imperial well being, the military presence is understandably strong.
Yulant, Ruan, and Broest (AJ#2 p.231): Planets also under control of Salliche Ag Corp. Workers have already revolted against their Imperial masters, burning crops, scuttling facilities, and bombing warehouses. A pair of garrisons and 2 Star Destroyers maintain control now.
Ossuss (DE #4): an important Jedi stronghold from most ancient times. Some scholars believe that the order of Jedi knights began there, but this has never been proven. What is known is that a great Jedi learning center was at one time there. Mysteriously all the cities were suddenly abandoned and left to decay, about 4,000 years ago. Today the planet is a mysterious place filled with ruins, populated by a primitive, gentle folk, who may or may not be descended from the original inhabitants.
Byss (DESB p.76) Secret hideaway of the Emperor's, known about by only a handful of people and accessible by even fewer.
