I have been playing AD&D for 12 yrs and have many items which I hope to upload. I am currently working on a program for windows for many AD&D applications, and hope to have it completed soon. The items below where created for the AD&D game, but can easily be used in AD&D 2nd edition game. If you have any comments or suggestion, please let me know. *** AD&D and AD&D 2nd edition are registered trademarks of TSR *** _______________________________________________________________________________ - Sword of Initiative: A typical +1 sword when first discovered, when used in melee it adds +2 to initiative rolls. - Sword of Backstabbing: A typical +1 sword when not in the hands of a Thief or Assassin. When in the "right hands" the Thief or Assassin backstabs as if he or she were four levels higher. - Sword of the Horselords: A Broadsword +2 / +4 when used while mounted - Sword of the Kings: A Lawful Good Longsword +3, with the following abilities at will: Charisma raised by 1 (max 18) Backstab Protection (as a Barbarian of equal lvl) Know Alignment Detect Invisibility Detect Magic Acts as a Ring of Truth - Sword of Protection: A typical +2 sword at first. If command word discovered the sword will reveal to its wielder the following spells, usable one time a day at 12th lvl of use: Armor Strength Dispel Magic Minor Globe of Invulnerability Bigby's Interposing Hand - Sword of the Elemental: There are only four types of this +2 sword. Fire Water, Air, and Earth. Each sword type enables its wielder to freely move about in the Plane it is aligned to as if the wielder resided in that Plane. The sword is also able to conjure one 12HD Elemental per day, that the sword is aligned to. - Sword of Enemy Detection: This +3 sword while used in melee will point to the strongest opponent of the wielder. (wielder not party or group) - Sword of Armor Negation: This powerful + 3 sword when used in melee will negate the armor (even magical) of the wielder's opponent. Only Dexterity bonus and other protection devices are used to figure AC, not the opponent's armor. - Sword of Random Magic +'s: This unusual sword when first found is +1 to +5 (see chart below). At the begining of each day the sword's magical plus may change (see chart below): WHEN FIRST FOUND DAILY CHART 10-50% +1 10-50% stays at current magical plus 51-75% +2 51-75% goes up one plus (max 5) 76-85% +3 76-85% goes down one plus (min 1) 86-95% +4 86-95% goes up three pluses (max 5) 96-00% +5 96-00% goes up to a +5 sword - Sword of Command: This +2 sword when used can rasie the morale of followers or henchmen by 2 and lower the wielder's opponents' morale by 2. The sword's command radius is 50'. - Sword of Golems: +2, +3 vs. Golems and always strikes first in melee. - Sword of Magic Resistance Negation: When this +2 sword successsful hits the wielders opponent and the creature has magic resistance, the magic resistance is lowered by 10% for each successful hit (no save). - Many more swords on the way!!!
