Magical Items I Welcome to Magic Items I. This magical weapons and items have been used throwout my adventures and other of my friends campaigns. Sit back and enjoy the rush! Created by Steve Marella SWORDS FrostBane: this katana sword has a +3 bonus to attack and damage. When a roll of a natural "20" occurs, the enemy must roll saving throw vs. spell or be frozen to death. If the roll is a success, the enemy suffers triple damage!(katana) Sword of Eternal Flame: This sword was forge in the nine hells by fiends. The sword radiates a 10' light. The sword has a +3 bonus to it and any cold-based monsters(Ice trolls, White Dragon etc.) it functions as a +5 sword. Once per week it is able to let forth a beam of fire that does 8d4 pionts of damage, double vs. cold-based monsters!(Long sword) GolemSlayer: This sword has a +4 bonus to it. When put up against golem it inflicts double damage on all attacks and on a roll of a natural "20" it destroys the golem with no saving throw!(Two-handed sword) MindSlayer: This sword has a +5 bonus. This a very deadly sword when used against psionic charecters. It has a +10 bonus vs. them. It also gives the user 50% resistance to all psionic attacks!(Long sword) OTHER WEAPONS Dagger of Destruction: This dagger is magically enchanced to explode when thrown. When it explodes it does 4d6 pionts of damage in a 5' area and half in a 10' area! Scepter of the Frost Kings: This scepter is made of white marble and is extremely cold to touch, the user must wear gloves to operate. The scepter has 20 charges. If one charge is used the user can touch any person causing 2d8 pionts of damage. If two charges are used it can cause an extremely powerful Ice Storm that causes 8d10 pionts of damage! Staffs Staff of Black Death: This is staff is made out of oak and has a human skull on top of it. It was created by group of necromancers. The staff has 35 charges. This powers require one charge: darkness, detect good, detect undead, feather fall, and wall of Fog. The major powers are Blacksphere which cause a sphere of death energy to form around the wizard and protect him from fifty pionts of damage, it cost 4 charges. Blacknight is a beam of death energy that causes 3d20 pionts of damage and drains victim of a level, it also pushes victim back 4d10 feet, it cost six charges! RavenLord: This staff is made out of gold and at the top of it is a silver raven with rubys as its eyes. The staff is able to summon 5d100 ravens to attack enemys doing 2d10 pionts per round, the user able to use this power once per week. Once every two weeks the user is able to summon 3d6 wereravens to defend the wizard. Other Items Amulet of the Grave: this dark amulet lets the wizard or preist able to summon undead. 4d10 zombies and skealtons 3d10 ghouls 2d4 ghast 1d4 wraiths Usable once per week and the numbers are double neat a graveyard or old battlesite. Ring of Tentacles: This ring allows the user to summon 2d6 tentacles to his or her need. (Ac:6 Hps:14 Thaco:18 Dmg:1d6+3) We have come to end of the first installment of Magic Items I.
