Gnome Chief (Outpost)
 
    This guy looks remarkably like a certain Saturday morning cartoon character (Papa Smurf was, by the way, a commie  : )  ) .  The chief-with-no-name isn't a spellcaster and is pretty easy to kill by himself.  Don't bother casting mind spells on him, just look at his Willpower.
