Protoss Strategy

Defense (Non-rush)
Always start out by making at least 8 Probes, with all gathering minerals. As soon as 8 are made, make a pylon in front of your base. While it is warping in-build another probe. As soon as you have the minerals, warp a Forge. Then build 2 photon cannons, when done, build another pylon w/2 more photon cannons. As soon as possible after that, warp a Gateway. Immediately begin building at least 3 Zealots. While this is happening, try to build an occasional probe when possible. While you are building up your base defenses, send a probe(not until you have at least 10) out to scout for another possible base. When located, warp a pylon and photon cannons in to protect that for future migration. After at least 3 Zealots are being produced, warp in pylons to add structures. When ready, warp(in sucession) Assimilator w/4 probes to gather gas, Cybernetics Core, Stargate, Observatory, and Robotics Bay. Between the Stargate and Obsertavtory, save $400 and build your new base. Send 2 Zealots (and replace w/new ones) and make sure you've got at least 5 photon Cannons at the new base for protection until you get a strong force. When the observatory is done build at least 3 observers and find the enemies bases. Keep one at the entrance of your base, one to your new base, and one near the main base of the enemy. During this time, build up your probes so that you can increase gas and minerals quickly. Upgrade constantly, hit the Plasma shield first. Continue building your forces with a mix of Zealots, Dragoons, and Scouts. Don't overlook the value of Templars. A few Psionic Storms can cripple your opponent. Continue to warp until all Buildings are made. Build additional Gateways and Stargates. Keep a balance of all units and remember, you can never have enough Photon cannons or probes.
Attacking Strategies (Non-rush)
The first law of attacking is, destroy your opponents workers (SCV/Probe/Drone). No workers-no nuthin. Once you've got about 6-8 Zealots, hit them hard. Continue warping Zealots during your attack. If you are able to Cripple them in your attack, finish them quickly. If not, regroup and build another force to attack. Remember, nuthin cripples like destroying workers. If you haven't hit them hard by now, try to attack their new bases as they expand. Control their $ and gas and control their life-blood. Another thing to remember is after they attack they are usually vulnerable. After you fend off their initial attack, go kick some Butt.

Attacking is where the action is. Incorporating this in your defensive stratagey will assure victory.
Rush Games
Rush games are designed to be over within 10-15 minutes. Protoss are formidable foes, but due to their slow progress you must not waste a second. Warp in 7-8 probes, send 1 to scout for enemies. Warp a pylon A/S/A/P! Then warp a Gateway. Build probes while waitin for the Gateway. Once your first Gateway is done, immediately Warp another, and warp Zealots. Warp another 2 pylons, and start mass producing Zealots. After you've got 8-10 Zealots start your attack. Continue producing Zealots during the attack. This should take around 8-10 minutes, any longer is a danger. Do not send Zealots in when they are warped 1 at a time. Group them in groups of at least 5. Don't bother with Gas you only need Zealots if you attack quickly enough.
