Powers: Claws

Tiger-Man's claws are built into the fingers of his gloves and boots. Made of REMARKABLE (30) material, they can be used to inflict EXCELLENT (20) Hack n' Slash damage. He can also scale surfaces with REMARKABLE (30) ability.

Hyper-Leaping: Tiger-Man is a classic roof-top hero (think of Daredevil...or the Tick) and he can easily leap distances of 50' feet up/across or 75' down with INCREDIBLE (40) ability.

Hyper-Olfactory: Tiger-Man's sense of smell is so acute that he can pick out individual scents with AMAZING (50) ability. He is also a very skilled tracker, able to follow a trail 6 hours old with only a Green FEAT. If the trail is 12 hours old he'll need a Yellow, and if 24 hours or more, he'll need a Red FEAT to follow it. In natural settings like jungles or forests, these numbers are doubled (12 hours = Green, 24 hours = Yellow, 48 hours = Red)

Limitations: Tiger-Man has a violent temper when fighting murderers. He must make a Psyche FEAT roll or be unable to resist the urge to kill them instead of capture them. If he fails the FEAT roll he must enter combat with his claws extended and use only deadly force, suffering the same Karma loss as normal if he kills his opponent. He may try to regain control of his actions after he has landed a blow, but if he fails another Psyche FEAT then he cannot try again until he has landed another blow. Two Excellent (20) Hack n' Slash attacks are usually enough to kill a regular opponent.

Talents: Medicine, Biochemistry, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Martial Arts B and E.

History: Tiger-Man's history is a little strange. Doctor Lancaster Hill seems to have gone to Africa to study natural creatures resistance's to disease. Some how he settled on the Tiger, and after developing a "Tiger Serum" he injected himself with it and acquired the strength, speed and bad temper of a Tiger. After returning to the states his sister was raped and killed by some rodeo toughs, so he made himself a costume and tracked them to a bar. After tearing them apart like they were dolls, he fled the scene and decided to use his powers to fight evil. Thus, even with his murderous tendencies, Tiger-Man is one of the few actual heroes in the Atlas universe. He has no ax to grind or ulterior motive. He just wants to help people.

Description: It's a strange costume, but it grows on you after awhile! A mix of tiger pelt (the tiger striped portions are actually the pelt of the tiger from which he created his serum) and blue body stocking that looks a lot like underwear. The mask he wears is VERY expressive. As Doctor Lancaster Hill he has long, black hair and handsome features.

Personality: Aside from his tendency to murder his foes, Tiger-Man is a pretty heroic fellow. He'll risk his life to save perfect strangers and (as long as they aren't killers) capture villains for the police.
