The Tharils seemed able to travel over vast distances and through a wide range of time, so I would say that they could potentially travel to anywhere and anytime. They can take at least two "passengers" with ease.

Weakness: Dwarf-star alloy
This heavy substance keeps Tharils from using their time-travelling powers. The Tharil must be completely contained or s/he can still escape.

Appearance: Large, gruff, felinoid. Big mane of hair. Whiskers. Claws. Otherwise, human in appearance.

History/role-playing notes: The Tharils are a proud, ancient race, and one that exercised a great deal of power after they had subjugated other races who were unable to withstand the Tharil onslaught. Later in their history, something happened which caused the Tharil race to degenerate into squabbling rivals, and much of their grandeur and power was lost. It got so bad that they were the ones who became the hunted, prized as they were for their ability to move through time and perform temporal navigation.
