Powers: Faith in God UN
David Moses has been anointed by God to use his power for good. Just how much power the Soul Watcher receives is limited only by his faith in God. If he believes it he will receive the power.
This power can be in whatever form is needed to accomplish the task at hand. The Soul Watcher's abilities can be increased or new powers gained.
The Soul Watcher doesn't have very much experience in using his powers yet. He has shown a 'wait and see' approach when in combat, determining what his opponent can do and then using appropriate counters. After taking some shots against the thug Bumrush, Soul Watcher became quicker, stronger and a better fighter. While battling Synfire, he completely absorbed a blast of fire launched at him.
Should David ever begin to question himself or ability to handle the job, he must make a Psyche feat roll to restore his faith and powers. He has not realized the full potential of what he can do and that the power he receives is limitless. Soul Watcher seems to start out a fight using abilities and powers up to RM level. If this is not enough, a Yellow Psyche feat roll is needed to reach AM rank, and a Red Psyche feat roll for anything MN and up.
Ethereal Aura UN
this power acts as a form of Danger Sense. It will warn David when it senses a discordant spirit in the area or any evil soul about to act. Normally this will also trigger the transformation into the Soul Watcher. Should David not want to change just yet a Psyche feat roll is needed to stop the process.
Supernatural Eye UN
the use of this power allows the Soul Watcher to see into the target's spirit. It reveals their true nature and gives the Soul Watcher the knowledge of what this person truly wants and needs. He must make direct eye contact for this power to work.
Background: The story centers around David Moses, heir to the SoulWatcher power. He finds out that he's anointed by God for this specific purpose. He is reluctant of the task, not deeming himself worthy. His powers are centered around his faith. Anything he believes he can do, he can, if he doesn't believe, he can't.
Lord Blaque, a denizen from Hell who's in cahoots with Ennir City's sinister city councilman, Brock Dexter, are plotting to destroy Ennir City.
After the demolition of the Ennir City Hope Organization, David has no downtime as he checks into who's been burning down Ennir City's churches, and his name is Synfire!
David's father, Elijah Moses, knows more about the SoulWatcher power than he's telling.
