LIMITATIONS: The Dalek can only move at Poor (04) Land Speed.
If the Dalek and all of the inside equipment is removed, a human can squeeze in and use the casing as a disguise.
The Skaro Dalek is the prototype Dalek that was left trapped in the bunker on Skaro when the Daleks outside escaped in a space ship when the Thals set off a neutron bomb. As such they are somewhat less powerful than normal Daleks. Also, they are totally reliant on static electricity to function, thus their entire city is made of metal. If they are somehow insulated from the metal, their armor will instantly lose all powe but life support until contact with the metal is regained.

EQUIPMENT: DALEK ARMOR: This armor is is a fully contained life support system that is pepper-potish in shape. It basically contains a power plant, a battle computer, and a life support system. The outer casing is made out of spent Dalekanium, a substance lighter than aluminum but stronger than steel. This is made of Monstrous (75) Material Strength and provides the Dalek with Monstrous (75) protection from Physical attacks and Incredible (40) protection from Energy attacks. However, the neck area is its weak spot, as this is made of Remarkable (30) Material Strength and only provides Remarkable (30) protection from Physical and Energy attacks. The armor also provides Unearthly (100) protection fom Radiation. This armor has the following accesories:
* Gun-Stick Arm: This is the left arm-stalk. This fires Incredible (40) Energy blasts of stored static Electricity with Incredible (40) range. It can increase its fireing radius to hit everyone in an area with Remarkable (30) Electrical Energy with Excellent (20) range. The effects can be set for Stun or Kill effects. This is made of Remarkable (30) Material Strength.
* Sucker-Arm Stalk: This is the right arm stalk. It uses a strong electro-magnet inside it and a suction effect to manipulate objects and pick up small objects. It can use the arm to push victims against a wall so it can shoot them. It is made of Remarkable (30) Material Strength.
* Eye Stalk: This is a mono-optic eye stalk on the center of the casing's domed head. The head can swivel, giving the Dalek 180 degree vision, and it can look straight up, but it has some difficulties looking straight down. The eye can see in the dark with Incredible (40) ability and provide Excellent (20) telescopic vision. It is made of Remarkable (30) Material Strength.
* Voice Box: This is internal. This allows the Dalek to speak to others outside the armor. When talking, the two bulbs on the casing's domed head light up. The voice box is harsh and grating, and enunciates individual syllables (such as ex-ter-min-ate).
* Tracking: The computers in the armor allow the Dalek to track targets with Incredible (40) ability.
* Life Support System: This keeps the Dalek's heart beating and purifies outside air. A Dalek can survive in airless atmospheres (water, spce, etc.) by switching to internal air. This gives it the ability to last on internal air for about an hour.
