The poisonous atmosphere keeps all of the inhabitants inside of the great domed city of Raggashoon, which is renowned for its massive bordellos, recreation centers, and mental hospitals, all of which comprise the bulk of the economy. Rashashoon welcomes any beings, regardless or political belief, as long as they have the money and influence to pay their way.
Raggashoon has been neutral in every war.
