M.E.: Mental Endurance - Combo: Reason & Intuition (average of the 2)
M.A.: Mental Affinity (the mental side of Physical Beauty: Charisma if you will) Average of Intuition & Perception

That is a beginners guide. I strongly recomend buying Heroes Unlimited Rule Book to get the basics of the game. You really need to know a little of both systems you are converting.
