Equipment: Armor Suit
John Targett wears a bullet proof costume developed by the Tri-Point Corp that allows him to "Come on like a Sherman Tank!" in combat. It provides him with EX (20) Body Armor, EX (20) Resistance to Gas attacks, and the "Servo-Mechanisms" raise his strength to RM (30).
Guns: Before he was given the suit by the FBI, Targett used a pair of .357 Magnums in his war on crime. He was told by the mysterious "Carl" that "...you won't need guns, John!"...but I don't think you can teach an old dog new tricks. It's likely that he still carried his .357 Magnums (8 points of damage, Excellent material strength, range 4 areas) and perhaps also other guns.
Talents: Law Enforcement, Guns (+2 CS), Martial Arts A, B and C.
Contacts: FBI, NYPD, "Carl" (his contact at the FBI)
History: John Targett started off as yet another "Tough-Cop-On-The-Loose" and ended up as yet another "Tough-Guy-In-A-Suit". In a story as old as time (or at least as old as Marvel's Punisher ;>) John Targett's family is killed (possibly by the mob) and John (not the sweetest tempered fellow under the best of circumstances) begins his personal war on crime. By issue three he'd aquired a costume and by the end of the issue he'd also aquired a suit of armor and super strength.
Description: John Targett's a good looking fellow with blonde hair and a firm chin. As the Man-Stalker he wears a dark blue costume, red gloves and boots, a blue helmet/mask, white belt and white, red and blue bullseye on his chest.
Personality: Heaven help you if you cross this man, for he will fill you full of lead and burn your body! John Targett's a bit driven as far as heroes go. When he became Man-Stalker, he'd calmed down drastically...but still was willing to kick the snot out of you to get the job done.
