Warstrike (Malibu) awoke from a precognitive dream of great violence in the future and set off to kill the perpetrator, Amber Hunt.
Shuriken (Malibu) wanted to be free of Aladdin and had only one more task to do for their techno-organic complex known as Genie. To hunt and capture the potentially most powerful Ultra on Earth, Amber Hunt.
Amber Hunt (Malibu) was wandering alone in an animalistic state somewhere around the North Pole. Her mind was shattered by the being used and abandoned by the Entity on the moon and the Time and Reality Infinity Gems.
Reaper (Marvel) went to recruit Sienna Blaze into the Mutant Liberation front.
Sienna Blaze (Marvel) wanted him to come so she could kill him to earn points in the Upstarts competition.
Juggernaut (Marvel) was trapped in a world between worlds in a red vortex of crimson clouds. Not sure how; the caption says it happened in Wolverine #93.
(Maibu): While chasing Amber Hunt for their own reasons, Amber surprised Shuriken, and while they were fighting, Warstrike shot Amber in the back with a low level energy blast from his gun. Then, when he asked her to turn around so he could kill her without having to shoot her in the back, Shuriken intervened by throwing shurikens at him so she could capture Amber alive. Amber gat caught in the crossfire of shurikens and guns, and while not killed, she was hurt. Her pain and fear caused her to generate enough power to create an explosion at the same time as Sienna Blaze's that hurled the three of them between dimensions to where Juggernaut was.
(Marvel): After learning that Sienna Blaze only agreed to see him so she could kill him, Reaper declared the interview over, and they tried to kill each other. During the fight, Sienna Blaze unleashed all of her power into a blast aimed at Reaper which caused an explosion at the same moment as Amber Hunt's that hurled the two of them between dimensions to where Juggernaut was.
Upon landing in that Dimension, Amber landed in Juggernaut's hands. After his long solitude, he decided to protect her. During their stay there, Reaper met a Tradesman from that world who gave him a vastly superior technological scythe. Reaper was told how to use it. By channeling his power through it and touching it t Sienna Blaze and Amber Hunt at the same time, everyone was transported back to the Malibu Earth.
Once reached, they appeared in the southern edge of Central Park in New York, and were immediately fired upon with heavy artillery from the army as they appeared in ground zero of a conflagration that killed many and destroyed a quarter of New York City, and as such they were blamed for it, resulting in their fighting off the army and escaping. They then decided to form a group called the Exiles.
They had several adventures until the alien robot Maxis finally decimated the group. They were all defeated and Ultraforce was called in to take care of Maxis. The combined efforts of Ultraforce and the conscious members of the Exiles fought him until the Black Knight finally decided that the only option left open to him was to bring a building down on him.
Then the entire strike force that sent Maxis to Earth came. They were all survivors of their planets after the Demonseed visited. The Demonseed was responsible for the destruction in New York that the Exiles were blamed for. While fighting off the alien invaders who were after the Demonseed, Warstrike tried to protect Cayman from a small alien shooting him with a large blaster. When he got too close however, te alien used its armored tail to whip Warstrike, breaking his back and paralyzing him from the waist down.
Then, after several fights, Maxis came out from the rubble at around the time that the Tulkan commander ended the fighting. Maxis stated that he was from Ozama and that his task was to duplicate powers of those deemed special and bring the powers to Ozama to be implanted into the Ozamans to defend them against alien invasion. But they were all killed by the invaders now on Earth. Maxis let the leader go after being told that there was no point in killing him as it would not bring the Ozamans back.
After the aliens left, Maxis used a dimensional gate power, and Sienna Blaze, Juggernaut, Reaper, and Black Knight went home to the Marvel Universe, and Amber and Hellblade joined Ultraforce. Shuriken escaped Aladdin capture due to a distraction by Amber Hunt.
