Powers: Regeneration: Alyssa can heal wounds at a RM rate.
Invulnerability to Posions and Disease
Equipment: Body Armor: Alyssa's uniform provides her with RM protection from physical attacks and TY protection from energy attacks. It also provides her with a 3 hour independent air supply.
Taser Baton: She carries a one foot long baton which does EX blunt damage or can be used to deliver a RM electrical charge.
Pistol: As her service weapon Alyssa carries a small machine pistol. It does GD damage and has a range of three areas. She can fire upto 10 shots per round and the clip hold 150 rounds.
Talents: Guns, Law Enforcment, Motorcycle.
Background: Alyssa Lloyd was a murdered street cop who was resurected using sophisticated biogenetic techniques. She was intended to be the police's ultimate weapon against crime and indeed she wracked up an impressive body count. However as memories of her previous life slowly came back she was driven to track down the criminals who had killed her.
She eventually tracked them down and destroyed their organization. However when she had completed this she found she no longer had any desire to do the police's dirty work. With the help of a sympathetic scientist she left the program and started a new life as a free woman.
Story Uses: Your players could encounter Alyssa in a variety of ways. Most likely the police will figure out that she survived her last battle and come looking for her. She might seek the player's help in shaking her hunters.
Optionally the police would likely develop a new model of the super cop. This individual, or group, could be dispatched after the heroes, especially if they have a reputation as vigilantees or criminals. Alyssa could come to their aid, either to free more of her own kind or else simply for reasons which only she knows. By David Fryer
