Number of Regenerations used: 2
First Incarnation:
Appearance: Medium to tall height and slender (though well-toned) with long, wavy black hair. Determined countenance. White top and pants with a white coat that has a large pattern of gold plaiting around the neck and shoulder regions in a Gallifreyan style. Tall black boots.
Role-playing: Young, eager and gung-ho, Alilian's first self was out on a crusade to save the universe by fighting evil and stopping the mad schemes of those who would harm Gallifrey. Energetic might be a good term, too. There never seemed to be enough hours in the day to make sure the TARDIS was at its peak or all of her theories were up to date, etc. This Consulate had hot and cold running companions, and often associated with high-powered paranormals, with whom she shared similar ideals about getting things done. She often employed her optic blasts in combat and was herself quite a good fighter. As mentioned previously, she was of a grim nature, not laughing very much -- her serious commitment to what was right and making sure it got carried out left little room for jollity. The temporal marauder, Rani, was mostly responsible for Consulate's regenerating into her next form.
Second Incarnation:
Appearance: Thin, almost waif-like. Youngish. Light brown hair up in a beehive. Bright, almost obscene, neon eyeshadow. Short skirts with a turtleneck. Jangly earrings and clanky bracelets.
Role-playing: A total departure from her previous form. This Consulate was out to have FUN! After regenerating, she almost immediately adopted the dress code of Nohir dynasty, third century, Qewer continent though all her companions accused her of being a 1960's girl, which she always denied. Loud and often obnoxious, this Consulate LOVED to talk and visit, often to the exclusion of getting anything else done. She often tried to practise counseling and psychology, but was miserable at it. How often her companions would cringe in horror and secrete themselves in far?away areas of the TARDIS when Consulate called for "group." A sample topic: "Now let's all talk about what we just experienced on Metabelis 3; you know, someone might have a fear of spiders and we need to help that person let it out!" She complained she didn't have a thing for machines anymore, and her companions usually had to cajole or outright threaten her to get her to actually fix something, and then meant doing repairs piece?meal. When several systems blew out all at once, the group LIBRA, who had been travelling with Consulate, ended up stuck with the Time Lord for over a year while looking through the universe for the right parts to fix the TARDIS. It could've been done in a single, easy trip to Gallifrey, but Consulate never mentioned it or thought of the idea. The former seems likely. The Federation would have cringed at the way she dealt with new species. She never, ever went in any kind of disguise or tried to blend in with the locals, which, of course, drew curiosity and attention, which she loved. Later on, She did have to stand trial on Gallifrey for certain crimes (unauthorized meddling and interfering). The Time Lords confiscated her second TARDIS (one her first self created). She ended up redeeming herself, after a fashion, when, while visiting the Savage Land with the New Crusaders, she sacrificed herself attempting to repair the temporal controls that monitored and maintained the Savage Land. This launched her into her latest incarnation.
Current Incarnation:
Appearance: Small, slightly rotund lady in her late 50's. Curly blond hair tending towards grey. Thoughtful, vacant expression. Smiles often. Breathy voice. Sports a light blue shawl that's seen better days. Current age: 1, 723 years.
Role-playing: In this latest incarnation, the Consulate tends to take things easily, never in a great rush, but this doesn't mean she's at all lazy. Like her first incarnation, this version like to keep her TARDIS in good working order, though she isn't fanatic about running at 110% efficiency. Also, she likes to use wit and her grandmotherly looks to charm her opponents and is reticent to use her optic blasts. Between keeping up the various gardens and maintaining the TARDIS itself, Consulate uses her time to clear up matters she never attended to in her earlier incarnations. Her control room is in the shape of a nineteenth?century aristocratic English parlor, where she will often have tea and sometimes invite guests. A large panel of stained glass acts as her control console.
