Powers shared by the Charmed Ones

All three sisters have access to the Book of Shadows, a mystic tome of ancient origin. It seems to be full of spells dedicated to Order, and is quite comprehensive. Given time to research, the sisters should be able to either find or create just about any spell at RM-IN rank. The spells from the book should be considered to pull from Universal energies.

The Power of Three: When all three sisters unite to cast spells they should be considered to have a +1 CS for all purposes of strength, duration, and range.

Powers: Telekinesis IN

Psychic Doppelganger: Pru has recently developed the ability to project a physical manifestation of her Psyche at EX range. This doppelganger possesses her Telekinetic power, but I don't believe it is solid, and I don't know if it can cast spells.

Limitation: While projecting her doppelganger, Pru is rendered unconcious

Limitations: Piper's power of Time Manipulation affects all eligible targets and cannot affect "good witches."

Willow is a low-level spellcaster. The only spells I can remember her casting are banishments and charms, but she may know other spells or be able to research them. She seems to pull her powers from all 3 types of energy.
