Personality: Megolomanical, prone to outbursts of incredible violence. Wishes to kill all human life so that dinosaurs may rule the earth.

History: Once upon a time, a mild-mannered geneticist accidentally transformed himself into a hideous dinosaur man while experimenting with a tissue sample from the Savage Land. Calling himself Stegron, this dino-man raised an army of dinosaurs and attacked New York. He was summarily beaten up by New York's hero population and returned to his human form.

Using Stegron in Your Campaign: What's that, you say? You've been looking for a way to have your heroes' home town overrun by dinosaurs? Well here it is, baby! Seriously, this guy is a decent scrapper with some hard core carnivores as his back up. Try it. You'll like it.
