Personality: Devious and manipulative. Destructive.

History: A drug smuggler whose car broke down in the desert, Silas King's latent mutant abilities were awakened by his prolonged exposure to massive solar energy. Embarking on a career of crime, Solarr met with limited success and was eventually placed in Project: Pegasus for study. An imprisoned enemy freed Solarr and took control of a security guard's mind. Solarr hated this particular guard and incinerated him. However, the alien animated the corpse and killed Solarr with his burnt, blackened hands.

Using Solarr in Your Campaign: Okay, so technically he's dead. But he was solar-powered and a mutant (and we all know how hard to kill they are). Theoretically enough solar energy could bring him back if it was concentrated on his earthly remains. Or maybe not...
