Personality: Conniving and manipulative. Power hungry, but able to perpetrate the most devious of ruses to get what she wants.
       


History: Leila O'Toole was a graduate student inducted into the Cult of the Living Pharoh. As a member, she participated in an effort to capture Alex Summers, the X-Man known as Havok. Being in proximity to him, however, led her to realize that she possessed the ability to absorb his power. She spent several weeks with him, convincing him that she loved him, before luring him into a Cult trap and trying to absorb all of his power permanently. She and the Cult were defeated by Havok and Wolverine, but she remains at large.

Using Plasma in Your Game: Any character who controls Cosmic Energy could be a target for Plasma since she can't generate the stuff on her own all that well. Any heroes with a link of any kind to Alex Summers will certainly be a target as she tries to get to him or revenge on him through the character.
