History: Born at the turn of the century, Tom Strong was kept in an isolation created to enhance his physical powers beyond those of mortal men. This chamber had five times Earth's gravity. Tom was to be kept in this chamber until age 11, but an earthquake on the remote island of Attabar Teru (where his father's lab was) killed both parents and set him free at the age of 8. Tom worked until age 20, expanding and refining both his physical and mental abilities as well as his father's scientific work. At 20 years of age, Tom struck out into the world to end injustice and right wrongs. Now fast approaching his 100th birthday, Tom seems to be in his forties thanks to the age-retarding power of the goloka root of Attabar Teru. He divides his time between the Stronghold in Millinium City and his workshop on Atabar Teru. His lovely wife Dhalua, their daughter Telsa, his robotic servant Pneuman and King Soloman the talking gorilla (don't ask) all fight evil as one big happy family.
