Christian Campaign Ideas

Knights and questing have their origins in Christian Tradition.  The first knightly orders were religious orders that fought in the Holy Lands.  Later Knightly orders were modeled after these religious orders.
It is therefore appropriate to have Christian Knightly Orders.  It is more appropriate than the pagan Knightly Orders currently used in D&D.
Some ideas are.
The Knights of Saint (archangel) Michael
an order of paladins dedicated to fighting evil.  It
was Archangel Michael who drove Lucifer from
the heavens when he rebelled against God.
The Knights of Saint Jude.  An order of Knights
dedicated to aiding the underdog, as St. Jude is
the patron saint of lost causes.

Saints instead of Pagan Gods
Currently D&D uses personal deities,
these are basically the same as the
patron saints of Christian Tradition.
Some Ideas are.
St. Francis of Asissi, the saint
who talked to animals.  One order
of his followers (in a D&D campaign) is devoted to living a solitary life in
harmony with nature.  This is a
more rational explanation for
the Druid class of clerics in D&D
who really have no real world
relationship to the Celtic Druids.

Random Events in the Christian Campaign
I heard of a Christian Campaign where whenever the Pope passed within 50 miles of an area, all the undead would be destroyed.  The DM would role to see if this occurred whenever the players were fighting Undead.
