It is interesting to note, that the idea of racial purity is fairly weak when applied to the 'aryan' peoples. In fact, if one studies viking mythology, Odin, Thor, etc. One appears to be looking at a widely varying collection of genotypes. Not racially pure in the hitlerian sense of race at all. The big hitters, Odin and Thor, did not have blonde hair. Odin had dark brown or black hair, and Thor was redhaired and bearded. Likewise, Tir, the god of war was dark haired as I recall. The old viking gods did not have a high regard for looks, they cared more for the fire in a man's heart than the color of his hair. It is entirely possible, that Odin might prefer the company of many a brave zulu or African American warrior to many of the people who like to pass themselves off as 'aryan supermen' in the world today.
In fact, in the big players of the Viking mythos, you find behavioral archetypes. In their relations to each other, you find social guidance in how different people act to get along with each other. In their dooms, you can find warnings about how some tendencies can destroy individuals. The two big killers, Odin and Thor were both berserks. The berserkergang was sometimes called the frenzy of Odin. There were serious differences between them however. Thor was simple minded, tough as an ox, but in the real stories almost as stupid. Odin was cunning, clever, and entirely deadly. Here, you find the big strong brawny killer with a bad temper, Thor, and the smaller slighter deadly killer with a deadly brain. Before these two killers, the other gods moved with caution and restraint, and Thor never messed with Odin.
Here you find the archetypes of the Ulfhednar and the Bersarker, the two most feared warrior types of the Viking culture. In the other gods you find other archetypes. Gods who teach and do various necessary tasks. Last, and least of all these gods, is Braggi. It is said of Braggi, that he had no skills, and no abilities, so Odin, taking pity on him, made him the God of music.
The words brag, and bragging come from Braggi, his 'music' consisted of boasts of all the great deeds he would someday perform.
With the coming of Christianity, the frenzy of odin stopped being considered a divine gift, the holmgang was outlawed, and people who inherited these behavioral patterns were hunted down and killed off. Considered to be devil worshippers or posessed by demons.
So, the two warrior breeds of the Viking pantheon have become virtually extinct over the last thousand years. Some of the kinds of people who the other viking gods represented still exist, but who is the real inheritor of the glory of the Vikings.
Who was the most useless of the viking gods, who was it whose only skill was to boast of his would be glory. Braggi, who else.
At the end of the viking era, there was an entire brotherhood of 'bersarks' so good at selling themselves that they were employed time and again by this or that king. History records that they never won a battle. They were the sons of Braggi. They are the white racists in the world today.
These are the inheritors of the greatness that was the Viking, not my people, the ulfhednar, the Sons of Odin, not our brothers in arms, the bersarks, the Sons of Thor, but these blonde haired, blue eyed pale imitations of warriors, the Sons of Braggi. Good for nothing but boasting of deeds they wished they had accomplished.
This is not to say that all blonde haired blue eyed people are worthless cowards good for nothing but idle braggadocio. A blonde haire blue eyed person has as much chance of turning out to be a decent person as a black man, or a hispanic, or a jew. You can't judge people by their skin or eye or hair color.
But you can judge them by their actions. If they spend all their time claiming credit for great deeds done by others, or before they were born. They are the Sons of Braggi.
On the other hand, bersarks and ulfhednar did survive to fairly recent times. I am one. Others are recognizable in the literature of killers and mythology of horror. In the last two or three hundred years, that is to say, since the foundation of the USA, such persons have been considered insane instead of demon possessed. Children of families with a history of such 'insanity' have had a hard time finding decent white women who would marry them or have their children.
So, today, I am sufficiently racially impure to earn myself a trip to a NAZI death camp if I lived in Hitler's germany. I am mostly native american. It is plausible to hypothesize that a similar phenomena of forced genetic transfer from europeans to other races also ocurred in the south, where the majority of nonwhite persons were of african descent.
Since one of the triggering episodes of the bersarkergang is the holmgang, if this does not occur, it is conceivable that a bersark or ulfhednar might live his entire life without ever demonstrating the frenzy of Odin. African sexual mores are different than European. It is quite likely that some sweet young thing in the African American culture would disarm the bomb of an ulfhednar or bersark growing up in that ethnic group. This would serve both to preserve the genotype, and to spread it.
The upshot is, that while europeans were grinding the cutting edge off their 'racial' sword, they were transferring the same edge to the 'african american race'. This means that it entirely possible that more of the true born warriors of the viking culture more real 'aryan supermen' are living in America today with black skins and kinky hair than with blonde hair and blue eyes.
It is possible that if Odin and Thor wake up from their Millenial slumber, they will be wearing black skins and kinky hair. This should come as an unpleasant surprise to the blonde blue eyed Sons of Braggi. Ironic, isn't it.

An Apology to Braggi
As noted above, the viking eddas and the viking gods seem almost like a manual for different kinds of people getting along together. In the doom ridden psychology of Odin, there was little hope, and little cause for laughter. Braggi could be called the God of Positive Thinking. Instead of looking at the dark side of the future, he looked for hope where there was none. A good brag can steel the spirit and give one a chance for victory where looking at the dark side of things will only produce defeat. In this sense, Braggi was a positive and worthwhile rolemodel. Teaching and instilling a positive attitude. I therefore regret the implied cut on Braggi in the article above.
On the other hand. The terms brag, braggart, bragging, and braggadocio, come from the name Braggi and the norse poetry of bragging and boasting. The negative connotations that are associated with these words are associated with the negative applications of boasting and bragging. Applications such as those used by racists. The cut on racists is therefore appropriate and logically valid, both in terms of traditional viking lore and modern definitions. The cut on racists was meant and is not retracted.
I am psychologically, a little too close kin to the old viking gods,
to be comfortable mocking one of them when he did not deserve to be mocked.
Even if the mock was meant for others. SO I have taken this opportunity
to make myself clear.
